Policies & Guidelines
RATES
Rates are subject to change. However, an advertiser can secure the current rate for additional months by signing up for a multi-month ad package.
PAYMENT
Billing will be delivered after the first calendar month of when an ad package has begun. Payment is due 30 days after the invoice is issued.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 15 to 20 days prior to the first day of a reserved advertiser’s calendar month. No refunds shall be given on ads cancelled within two weeks prior to the first day of a reserved ad’s calendar month.
CONTENT
Advertisers assume liability for the content they submit.
Ads are accepted at the discretion of TulsaLoop.
TulsaLoop reserves the right to reject or cancel any ad, insertion order, or space reservation at any time without cause.
TulsaLoop assumes no responsibility for claims or statements made in an ad.
TulsaLoop shall have no liability for errors in material submitted by the advertiser or its agent.
Any order may be cancelled by TulsaLoop if the advertiser fails to pay accounts when due.
GUIDELINES
Artwork is due one week prior to the beginning of the advertiser’s calendar month. If you need help creating a graphic for your ad, we would be glad to assist you for a minimal design fee.
